With the goal of continuing to support you as you close one chapter of your story and start to write the next, some of our practitioners have completed specialized training in Mei Zen cosmetic acupuncture protocol under Dr. Lucas.

How does it work?

The firmness of the skin begins to decline in your 30’s, and in your 40’s the dermis begins to thin. Mei Zen Acupuncture protocol addresses these changes in your skin by gently stimulating the dermis with micro needles. The body responds to this stimulation by increasing blood flow to the area and rebuilding this micro-trauma to the skin.  This generates new collagen in the dermis that’s firmer and smoother. It takes 5 weeks for collagen to rebuild, which is why we require 5 weeks of regular acupuncture treatments to produce optimal results.

Mei Zen Acupuncture Package

The Mei Zen initial visit is 1.5 hours and includes a facial diagnosis and treatment. After this visit, 9 remaining visits are included in the package. Each follow up visit is 60 min long, involves a check-in and treatment.

Cost

$1,000.00 If paid in full advance, includes first initial visit.

10 treatments 2x/week for 5 weeks (*preferred treatment) or 1x/week for 10 weeks

If paid separately the Mei Zen initial visit is $150. Each individual follow up visit cost $120.

After the protocol is completed we recommend treatments once a month to maintain a healthy complexion. The cost for these maintenance treatments is $120.

For optimal results we recommend repeating the entire protocol every 2-3 years.

Commitment is key in the Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture protocol. When a package is purchased, sessions must be booked simultaneously. For optimal outcomes and benefits, there are certain qualifications for starting Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture treatments which must be discussed before booking.
